The system filters out exercises that require unavailable equipment, prioritizes your selected muscle groups, and fills in the rest with suitable movements from the exercise database.
Repetition counts are scaled to your fitness level and the difficulty of each movement. Workout pacing is adjusted using a time-per-rep multiplier based on your selected time and level.
The site calculates how many rounds of your selected movements will fit into your desired workout time. You’ll see a simple set you can repeat (e.g. 3 Rounds of: 20 Push-ups, 15 Air Squats), along with estimated time and calories burned.
Each movement includes a short YouTube demo video so you can confidently check your form and understand the movement.
